Man Who Played 'Barney' is A Tantric Sex Guru, These Days
The man who played Barney is now a sexpert. David Joyner played the purple dinosaur from 1991 to 2001, on hit PBS children's show "Barney & Friends". But since 2004, he turned into having a tantric sex and spiritual healing practice, a session lasts 3-4 hours and costs $350, only for female clients or “goddesses” as he calls them, they receive a ritual bath, chakra balancing, massage and cosmic orgasms. The goal is to fully release a woman’s blocked energy. Joyneer explains, “When the lingam [penis] and the yoni [vagina] meet, there’s an energy that takes place that hands on the body alone cannot create, even through G-spot massage, it’s still not the same energy that flows”. On reminiscing playing Barney, “the energy I brought up [while] in the costume is based on the foundation of tantra, which is love, everything stems, grows, and evolves from love.” **Joyner says he also used his tantra training to maintain his energy during long days on the set where he wore the hot (temps could reach 120 degrees inside it), 70-pound costume for several hours and numerous takes for various scenes. Tantra helped him "maintain an abundance of joy during the process."
